The Management Trainee scheme designed to attract best talent from the premier business schools of the country entails a structured and intensive training of 12 months. This encompasses exposure to the various businesses and functions of the Organisation and Trainees get an opportunity to work on projects and assignments aimed at upgrading and impacting business processes and results. After a successful completion of training, they get confirmed as Assistant Managers with challenging line responsibilities. The aim is to build future business managers.
The GET scheme, which brings in Engineers from various engineering colleges, is for a period of one year. After some structured on-the-job and class room training, the trainees are appointed as Assistant Engineers in the Junior Management cadre of the company, along with some concrete responsibilities.
This scheme is aimed to bring in Management Graduates with specialization in Agriculture Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Systems etc. from various business schools and colleges. The trainees, depending on their background, get into customized schemes of various SBUs and functions like Agri Inputs, Bioseed,Sugar Fenesta, Plastics, Chemicals, IT etc. The period of training under the ET scheme is one year, which is a period of probation along with some intensive field/on-the-job training and assignments. After the completion of training the trainees get appointed as Executives / Officers, depending on the business needs and role, in the Junior Management cadre of the company.
The F & A trainee scheme aims to attract fresh qualified Chartered Accountants and Management Graduates with finance discipline who are keen to pursue a career in their professional domain. The training duration is 12 months during which the trainees get exposed to Corporate Finance, Treasury, Budgeting, MIS, Taxation and other related area(s) at Corporate and Units. This involves working on specific projects and assignment of various businesses. On successful completion of training, the trainees get appointed as Assistant Managers in the Organization either in a Corporate or Unit/Business role, depending on the aptitude of the individuals and also the needs of the Organization
