Special Employee Shops/ Stores at the various locations of DCM Shriram, are fully equipped and designed on the lines of any departmental store to provide quality daily use items at affordable prices to the employees and their families.

Long Service Awards

The long standing relationship of trust, loyalty and returns with our employees who have served in the organization for many years, is recognized and rewarded by the Management by presenting them with Silver Salvers- these awards are given for 10, 20, 25, 30 and 35 years of service with the company. Employees with more than 40 years of service are and rewarded with the Gold Medallion.

Shriram Jayanti

Every year, April 27, the birthday of our Founding Father, Sir Shri Ram is celebrated with great fervor and enthusiasm. Celebrations and events are organised across various businesses, locations and units of the Company involving employees and their families. Cultural programs & events, Sports meets, Get-togethers, Melas, Productivity improvement drives and several other initiatives get organised on the occasion.

Celebrations and Fun at Workplace

We believe that work is worship. And we are also the family that not only prays together, but also plays together!

Many major festivals in the calendar are celebrated with great enthusiasm and zest - Diwali Mela, Holi Milan, Ramlila, Janamashtami, Hariyali Teej, and Christmas to name a few. The employees' families are again sought to be involved in the festivities as far as possible.

In addition to various social occasions and celebrations, personal occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, farewells, marriages and childbirth are also celebrated with equal enthusiasm and energy by one and all.

New Year Message by MDs

On the occasion of New year, the Managing Directors deliver an address to all the employees of DCM Shriram , across national and international locations, through a live webcast, to share their perspectives on key highlights, challenges, achievements, milestones and focus areas. Employees across all locations are connected live on the occasion and get to see the MDs giving out their message to them directly.

Sports and recreation

All through the year, various sports events are organised across various locations and units of DCM Shriram. Some of these include Cricket, Table Tennis, Athletic events, Badminton, Volleyball, Carom, Chess and several other outdoor and indoor events. The Company also participates in various external sports competitions and events to allow employees to demonstrate their talent in these fields as well.
