Mr. Pradeep Dinodia is a Non-Executive Director and a member of the CSR Committee of the Company. He graduated in Economics with Honours from St. Stephens College, Delhi University and obtained his Law Degree from the same University. He is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and senior partner in the Delhi-based Chartered Accountancy firm M/s. S.R. Dinodia & Co. LLP. He is the Chairman of Stakeholders Relationship Committee and the Member of Board Audit Committee, Nomination, Remuneration & Compensation Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Company.
