He is on the Board of the Company since 09.08.2016. He is a Member of Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Company. He is a retired Judge of Supreme Court of India. He graduated in History with Honours from St. Stephen's College. He attained First Division in LL.B. from Faculty of Law, Delhi University. He has a rich experience of 40 Years.
